Built in 2003 this 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed detached villa with Community pool, is comfortably furnished, and has fans in the three bedrooms, and air conditioning in the downstairs lounge, and upstairs bedroom. The property is west facing, and therefore sun worshipers can capture the sun on the large solarium most of the day.

 

La Marina is situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Alicante airport, 20 minutes drive from Torrevieja and approximately 8 minutes drive from The Blue Flag Beach.  It is a well developed urbanisation with several commercial centres whose local amenities include banks, supermarkets, newsagents, bars and restaurants (Spanish, English, Chinese, Italian and German), snooker club, bowling complex, national health doctor, private climic and pharmacy.

 

The beautiful, sandy blue flag beaches offer safe bathing and are approximately 5km long.

For golf lovers the closest course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. Las Ramblas, Campomar and Villamartin, a championship golf course, are within a 20 minute drive.

 

Outside

To the front of the property is a large sun terrace, with table and chairs. Great for al fresco dining.

Upstairs is a large sun terrace, with sun loungers, perfect for serious sun worshippers.

There is an outside shower, for cooling off when it gets too hot.

To the side of the villa is a large gated drive, with space to park 2 cars

Downstairs

 

Lounge / Dining Room: Air conditioned. Larger than average, with 4 seater sofa bed, dresser unit, dining table with 6 chairs, coffee table and double chest of drawers. TV, DVD, Radio/CD player, and ceiling fan.

 

Kitchen:  Fully fitted, with electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, automatic washing machine and fully equipped, with kettle, toaster, electric coffee percolator and electric juicer. Utility room off, with hot water tank, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, cleaning materials and tools

Bedroom 1 Double bed, with bedside cabinets and lamps. Large built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds with bedside cabinet and lamp. Large built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bathroom: With full size bath with shower, WC, Bidet and washbasin with vanity mirror and lights

 

Upstairs (Accessed by external staircase)

Bedroom 3: Air conditioned. Double bed with bedside cabinets and light. Large built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

How to get there

On leaving the airport, bear right towards the Alicante/El Altet sign, and follow the signs to Santa Pola/Cartagena turning right onto the N332. You will bypass El Altet through a tunnel, then Santa Pola and the salt recovery lakes.

DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TWO TURN-OFFS TO LA MARINA PLAYAS AND TO LA MARINA/ELCHE.

At the THIRD turn off, follow the Urbanisations La Marina sign. The road winds uphill for about two kilometers, passing a green petrol station on the left before reaching the Urbanisation. Turn left into Plaza Sierra Castilla (at the group of sign posts including Aqua Cars), and drive straight for approx. 2.5 km (past Barclays Properties on the left), until you reach the 3rd cross road. Turn right, and right again at the 3rd turn. Look for number 32 on the right.
