In the lounge on the left, the open fireplace is central to the quality furniture that it overlooks: 3 double-sofas, coffee tables, satellite television, carpets, air conditioning.

Splendid fully equipped kitchen at the end of the hallway on the right with television, double cooker, double oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, table with 6 chairs, 2 easy-chairs and coffee table, toaster, kettle. Doors lead to the rear private patio and barbeque area. For your winter comfort, there is a wood burning fireplace.

The 4th bedroom is down stairs, and leads to the right from the entrance hall. Although normally sleeping 2 in 2 single beds, it could be expanded to sleep another 2-3 comfortably. There are all the usual cupboards, lamps, air conditioning etc that you expect from a quality property such as this.

Bedroom 1

For sheer luxury and space, it would be difficult to equal this bedroom. Air conditioned, with mirrored double built-in cupboards, king size double bed, dressing table, sofa, soft lighting, with doors leading to the upper patio, and views over the pool

The second bedroom is also air-conditioned, with comfortable double bed, bed lamps, soft lighting, sofa, double wardrobes, drawers, and doors to the upper patio.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom has twin beds, bed lamps, sofa,  bookcase, carpet, mirrored wardrobe and air conditioning.

Bathroom 1

The upper patio area extends around two sides of the villa, and would be a pleasant gathering area for pre-dinner, or after dinner drinks. A peaceful place with views over the area, and of the pool and front gardens.

The pool is a maximum of 5 feet deep, and the surrounding  area has comfortable, shaded seating for about 22 people. There are sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas and a shower. A large built-in barbeque is next to the pool, in addition to second one at the rear of the property.
