the right from the entrance hall. Although normally sleeping 2 in
2 single beds, it could be expanded to sleep another 2-3 comfortably. There

expect from a quality property such as this.

The upper patio area
extends around two sides of the villa, and would be a pleasant
gathering area for pre-dinner, or after dinner drinks. A peaceful place with
views over the area, and of the pool and front gardens.

The pool is a maximum of 5 feet
deep, and the surrounding area has comfortable, shaded seating for
about 22 people. There are sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas and a shower. A large
built-in barbeque is next to the pool, in addition to second one at
the rear of the property.

Euro prices per week
including final clean and air conditioning. A damage deposit of 300.00
euros is payable on arrival.
On leaving the airport, bear right towards the
Alicante/El Altet sign, and follow the signs to Santa Pola/Cartegena turning
right onto the N332. You will bypass El Altet through a tunnel, then Santa Pola
and the salt recovery lakes.
DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TWO
TURN-OFFS TO LA MARINA PLAYAS AND TO LA MARINA/ELCHE.
At the THIRD turn off, follow the
Urbanisations La Marina sign. The road winds uphill for about a
kilometre, before reaching a green petrol station on the left.
