Located in La Marina, close to bars, shops  and restaurants.  It is just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport,  and 50 minutes from Murcia Airport. The  Villa  is 7 minutes drive from beautiful golden  sandy beaches and close to all amenities,  including the Thursday and Sunday markets. Small animals are allowed by special arrangement. Children are welcome

Bathroom: New walk-in shower. toilet and wash basin.

Tiled terrace with barbeque, table and 4 chairs to the front. Balcony and upstairs sun terrace to the rear. Ideally situated for all local activities.

Nearby restaurant and bars with bowls and swimming complex, including children's  pool and play area. Cards, tennis and walking. Golf and go carts 15 minutes drive away.

A 10% non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival

How to get there

On leaving the airport, bear right towards the Alicante/El Altet sign, and follow the signs to Santa Pola/Cartegena turning right onto the N332. You will bypass El Altet through a tunnel, then Santa Pola and the salt recovery lakes.

DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TWO TURN-OFFS TO LA MARINA PLAYAS AND TO LA MARINA/ELCHE.

At the THIRD turn off, follow the Urbanisations La Marina sign. The road winds uphill for about two kilometers, passing a green petrol station on the left before reaching the Urbanisation. Continue straight along the road with pine trees on your right, passing first the old shopping area, and then turn left at the new shopping area. Go straight over the roundabout at the Satellite station. Take the first left, then the third left. Look for number 157 Parque del Ebro
