Is my property rentable?

The best returns are from properties in top condition, and ones that offer the most amenities such as air conditioning, enough sun loungers and parasols, cable television and private pools. Rental rates will depend almost entirely on these conditions.

Other considerations are proximity to, or distance from shops, bars and music entertainment.

First impressions are the important ones, and it is our job to see that guests and tenants have clean, comfortable and tidy accommodation on arrival.
