The lounge comfortably
seats 6 people, has coffee tables, lamps, flat-screen television, a
table and 4 chairs, with
door onto balcony and pool. Sitting room has a double sofa-bed, a stereo
player, and door to small balcony.

Outside is also a lovely gazebo with
table and 6 chairs for enjoying your meals at the pool.

Kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen, with separate utility area containing tumble
dryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Iron and ironing board etc.
There is a newly installed ceramic water filter, so there is no need
for buying fresh, bottled water, saving money and energy.

It is preferable to have a car for getting
around, although there is an hourly bus to the beach in the summer
months, and a less frequent local bus service around the Urbanisation.
The distance from the villa uphill to the nearest supermarket (Consum),
shops, bars and restaurants including Spanish, Chinese, Irish and English
is 1.28 kilometres
Euro prices per week
including final clean and air conditioning. A refundable damage deposit of 200.00
euros is payable on arrival.

On leaving the airport, bear right towards the
Alicante/El Altet sign, and follow the signs to Santa Pola/Cartagena turning
right onto the N332. You will bypass El Altet through a tunnel, then Santa Pola
and the salt recovery lakes.
DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TWO
TURN-OFFS TO LA MARINA PLAYAS AND TO LA MARINA/ELCHE.
At the THIRD turn off, follow the
Urbanisations La Marina sign. The road winds uphill for a short
distance, before reaching a green petrol station on the left.
