Ø    Kitchen: electric oven and gas hob,  fridge/freezer, cupboards, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Ø    Utility area with washing machine and chest freezer

Ø    Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe in alcove.

Ø    Bathroom: Shower, wash basin and toilet.

Ø    Sunny patio with table and 4 chairs, with adjustable awning.

Ø    Private sun roof with all day sun, and views of the pine forest and the Crevillente mountains.

ENTERTAINMENT

Ø    A few  minutes walk to nearest shops, bars & restaurants. Dancing, tennis, music bars, karaoke, and supermarkets all within walking distance.

Ø    Car hire and airport service available on site

Ø    Nearby cities & towns (Alicante, Guardamar, Santa Pola & Torrevieja) provide every kind of entertainment &  restaurant imaginable

Ø    Miles & miles of beautiful, safe swimming beaches (many with facilities for the disabled) within 3 miles (buses all day in season)

 

Prices per week including cleaning linen, electricity and water. Air conditioning is available at an additional 5 euros per day, payable in advance.

A 15% non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payable on arrival plus a 100 euro deposit (returnable  on the departure of the property

Rental periods in excess of 4 weeks are negotiable. Special rates will apply in this case.

 

If you require transport to, or from the airport at an additional cost, please ring Spain 0034 966 790 732 to make arrangements. If making your own way to La Marina, we can arrange to meet you either at the property or at an easily recognisable place such as Consum or Supervalu supermarkets.

HOW TO GET THERE

a Marina is approx. 11 miles (18  kilometers) south of Alicante international airport, and is best reached by hired car or taxi, which are available at the airport

On leaving the airport, bear right towards the Alicante/El Altet sign, and follow the signs to Santa Pola/Cartegena turning right onto the N332. You will bypass El Altet through a tunnel, then Santa Pola and the salt recovery lakes.

DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TWO TURN-OFFS TO LA MARINA PLAYAS AND TO LA MARINA/ ELCHE.

At the THIRD turn off, follow the Urbanisations sign. The road winds uphill for about two kilometers, passing a green petrol station on the left before reaching the Urbanisation. Pass the shops and banks on the left at Plaza Sierra Castilla, and drive straight  with the pine forest on your right for approx. 1 km. After the second road to the left, proceed over another speed bump, and take the 4th minor turn to the left. The second house on the left should be number 15 Parque del Thamesis.
