views of the sea towards Guardamar, the country side and mountains from its
roof solarium. Overlooks a green area at the front and the back.

the
Villa is situated in a quiet well established residential area
close to all amenities. Amenities include several banks,
supermarkets (British and Spanish), doctors, dentists, news
agents, card shops, bars, restaurants, car hire, computer shops,
with Internet cafes, nearby communal swimming pools, fitness
club, DIY shops, post office, police station, and ambulance
station, hairdressers, vets, plus many other shops.
Children are welcome.
Inside
Entrance steps lead into a huge
summer lounge/reception area where there are small tables,
lamps, 2 sofas, TV/DVD in a relaxing area for the family to read
books, play cards, watch DVDs or have a quiet sun-downer.
Cooling is by oscillating fans, and there are large windows with
venetian blinds offering a lot of light.
The second good-sized lounge has
English (Astra 2) and German (Astra 1) satellite television and DVD player, a three-seater sofa, 2 easy
chairs, coffee table, large wall unit, ceiling fan and optional
air conditioning.
Sliding glass doors lead to a
separate dining
room with table and 4 chairs; and
through to the upgraded kitchen with all needed appliances
including a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric/gas hob and
oven, dishwasher,
electric hot water boiler, and a nice view of the
mountains from its window.
Sleeps 4 people:-
Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds, double
wardrobe 2 x chests of drawers, ceiling fan.
Bathroom has a walk-in shower,
washbasin and toilet.
Outside
Utility room with washing machine.
A feature wall surrounds a well
maintained, nice tiled garden with succulent plants. A garden
table in the front is a nice place to sit in the afternoon shade
and sip a cocktail. The rear garden provides a secluded area for
sunbathing in the afternoon.
A flight of stairs
leads to the
solarium,
where you have a 360 degree view of the surrounding
area, and the mountains in the distance. Two sun beds are
provided, and there are sundry garden chairs available.
A 15%
non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance
payable 6 weeks before arrival
A damage deposit of 100 euros is
payable on arrival, and will be returned on your departure, provided there is no
loss from, or damage to the property.
Air conditioning in Lounge
no.2 - Extra 3 euros
per day.
This is a no smoking
property, and pets are not allowed.
On leaving the airport, bear right towards the
Alicante/El Altet sign, and follow the signs to Santa Pola/Cartegena
turning right onto the N332. You will bypass El Altet through a tunnel,
then Santa Pola and the salt recovery lakes.
DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TWO TURN-OFFS TO LA MARINA
PLAYAS AND TO LA MARINA/ELCHE.
At the THIRD turn off, follow the Urbanisations
La Marina sign. The road winds uphill for about two kilometers,
passing a green petrol station on the left before reaching the
