Established in 1997, Villakeyholders´(Costa Blanca Property Management) sole business has been looking after owners´ property and tenants. We are resident in La Marina, and our team is available around the clock 7 days a week to attend to all situations that may arise.

We aim to take the anxiety away in respect of your valuable investment, and offer a wide range of reliable services, from just doing the occasional clean, to a full range of services, including free advertising, meeting tenants and friends, cleaning at the end of their stay, and all aspects of maintenance.
