Two bedroom Townhouse with 2 communal pools for adults and children. Built in 2002, and situated in an ideal position to enjoy views of the sea and the bay of Alicante from an elevated position. Sleeps up tp 6 people
 

The house is a terraced property with two bedrooms, a rear courtyard, a front terrace and a small balcony off of the master bedroom, with views over the bay of Alicante and castle to the left, the beach and the sea to the front and right.

Lounge/Dining Room

Bright and sunny, with  a double size sofa bed in the lounge., two relaxing chairs, TV with local area television, radio/CD player, dining table with 6 chairs.

Bedroom 1

Look straight out over the sea from the master bedroom, which has a double bed , built-in cupboard, bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom 2

2 single beds with headboards and a bedside cabinet. Built in double wardrobe.1 bedside lamp.

Upstairs - Bath, shower, washbasin, WC and bidet

Downstairs - Washbasin, WC

Kitchen

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave washing machine, toaster, kettle etc.

General

Communal swimming pool for your use and a children’s paddling pool. There is a nearby nature reserve. There are 2 oscillating fans in the property.

Various beach items including chairs are available. The beautiful sandy blue flag beaches offer safe bathing, and are approximately 5 kilometres long.

The Town

 Los Arenales is a small town, which is quiet in the winter, livening up in the summer months. The beach is 5 minutes walk away as are the local restaurants, and pharmacy on C/. San Bartolome. There are quiet bars as well as bars with Karaoke and disco’s in the summer months (These are along the front and do not affect the peace and tranquillity of the house).

The nearby nature reserve has board walks and bird hides within walking distance of the house.

Shopping

Along the front there are three small supermarkets, which cater for most things; all these are walking distance from the house.

Santa  Pola has many large supermarkets. If you travel along the N332 towards Torrevieja and take the first turning

into Santa Pola on the left, you will see a supermarket on your right; this journey should take 15 to 20 minutes by car.

In Alicante there is a very large Carrefour supermarket set in a shopping centre with designer outlets etc. If you take the N332 towards Alicante, just as you approach Alicante you will see the signs to the Carrefour on the left side of the road. Turn left at this sign, at the next set of traffic lights turn left, at the roundabout turn right, then carry onto the

next roundabout and turn right, you will see the Carrefour and MacDonald’s on the left just a little way up. This journey should take 15 to 20 minutes by car.

A 15% non returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
