All bookings
accepted are subject to these conditions unless alternative arrangements
have been made with our Management.
Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of
15% (unless otherwise stated) of the total amount is payable immediately to reserve the accommodation.
If this is not received within seven days, the booking will be cancelled, and
the accommodation offered to other interested parties.
The full balance is due six weeks before commencement of your stay.
Reservations should be made:--
Preferably, by submitting a booking enquiry
form on the availability calendar for the relevant property. This will
automatically calculate the total price, and deposit payable for you,

By telephone at our Spanish
office.
Payment may be made
by bank transfer or through Paypal in Euros or, at the discretion of the
individual property owner, in Sterling .
Full details will be sent to you on receipt of a
completed booking enquiry form
Properties must be vacated by 10 a.m. and arrivals
not before 3.00 pm
Arrivals
Arriving parties in Spain should
telephone (0034) 610 380 718 on arrival at Alicante or Murcia Airports. If your
flight is delayed by more than one hour, please telephone or text the above
number with details. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY MEAN THAT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO MEET
YOU.
Parties
scheduled to arrive and/or depart at properties between midnight and 07.00h
hours will be charged an additional amount of 35 euros for arrival and/or departure when the booking is paid for,
or on arrival at the time of occupation.
We strongly advise you to
take out travel insurance against cancellations, loss of belongings, accidents
etc. For European destinations, we also advise have your
European Health Insurance Card with you, or you should obtain from your local Post
Office a Form E111 which enables UK residents to obtain emergency medical
treatment in Spain.
Rates
Accommodation rates and
conditions are subject to change without notice.
All rates are in British
Pounds or European Euros.
All rates include IVA unless
indicated otherwise.
Rates are for accommodation
only unless indicated otherwise.
A surcharge may apply at some
accommodation outlets depending on the number of persons and/or the number
of children being accommodated. This will be confirmed at the time of
booking.
Pricing policies may differ
dramatically between accommodation outlets, please see the individual
property listing for details.
When a booking overlaps
seasons the total cost is calculated on a pro-rata basis using the seasonal
nightly or weekly rates.
It is essential that you
enter your details correctly, that the number of persons being accommodated
is accurate and ensure that all correspondence is in the name of the booking
as providers may deny accommodation if this information is found to be
incorrect on arrival.
Amendments
Amendments, or alternative
arrangements to the booking can only be made directly with Villakeyholders.
Amendments to bookings are subject to the approval of the relevant
accommodation outlet and will be confirmed by Villakeyholders.
Any approved change to your
confirmed booking will incur an administration fee of GBP. 20.00, which will
be levied by Villakeyholders.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee will be
charged if you cancel or terminate your confirmed accommodation booking
earlier than expected for any reason. Villakeyholders has absolute
discretion in applying the cancellation fee.
For confirmed bookings
cancelled more than 1 month prior to your arrival date, your payment (not
the deposit) will be
refunded less a cancellation fee of 25%.
For confirmed bookings
cancelled less than 1 month prior to your arrival date, no refund is
payable.
You cannot cancel a booking
that has been confirmed, other than by contacting Villakeyholders
Responsibility
These conditions are to be
read as standard for any booking made for accommodation in any of the
properties on this site. An accommodation outlet may impose conditions that
vary from conditions listed here. It is your responsibility to check on
such variations, booking conditions and additional options provided. In
booking through Villakeyholders.com (villakeyholders, its operators) you are
deemed to have read, understood and accepted these conditions.
On
this site Villakeyholders.com
uses information provided by the property owner. In publishing this
information for your use Villakeyholders.com act as information providers
and booking agents only. Regardless of the efforts made by Villakeyholders
to ensure that the information presented at the time of publication is
accurate, Villakeyholders disclaims and will be exempt from liability in
respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and any
errors, mis-description and all associated disappointment, loss, expense,
damage, inconvenience, death, shock, injury or illness, however caused.
Although Villakeyholders has
strict listing criteria, we are a booking intermediary only and do not
control the manner in which accommodation within the outlets featured is
ultimately provided. Villakeyholders disclaims and will be exempt from
liability for anything to do with the supply of such accommodation. This
includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, statute, restitution,
or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability,
claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death,
injury, illness, shock, inconvenience or delay. It also applies
irrespective of the cause, including negligence of accommodation outlets,
withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide accommodation, delay, any
variation in the accommodation, the provision of substitute accommodation or
a change in the accommodation outlet operator.

provided as a guide only.
Villakeyholders
will not enter into any correspondence with any person in respect of the
accommodation facilities, additional options or booking conditions provided
by a listed accommodation outlet that are deemed extraneous to these
conditions.
Party Leader:
The person booking is
responsible for the good behaviour of his/her party.
The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it
in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. It is a
condition of any booking that you are responsible for any damage to the property
or its contents during your stay, and that you agree to pay for any such
damage. Although a final clean is included in our prices, the owners
reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning costs if the client
leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. Any additional charges to be
deducted from the security deposit.
The Client agrees not to act
in any way that would cause disturbance to those resident in neighbouring
properties. Any persons in the party who have caused / are causing damage,
distress, danger, annoyance, nuisance or disturbance to any neighbours or other
residents in the vicinity are liable to be asked to leave or be evicted, and the matter reported to the relevant local authorities if necessary. Such
action will not entitle the client or any of their party to a refund of any
monies.
The Client shall report to the
owners agent without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in the
equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for
repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible.
Liabilities:
You and your party hold the property owners from and against any and all
liability arising out of, or in any way connected with your use and occupancy of
the property, including injuries, damages, or losses from fire, theft, or
criminal activity. The property owners are never liable for any of the above.
