This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with its own private pool, is comfortably furnished, and has air conditioning in the three bedrooms and lounge. The villa is secure and alarmed. Own transport is recommended.

 

Outside

 

There are two terraces on the first floor, leading from the bedrooms, and a sun roof on top of the villa with views towards the Crevillente mountains, and a large  communal pool which is also available for your use!

 

The 6m x 3m private swimming pool (Maximum 1.6 metres deep) is surrounded by an area with gazebo,poolside furniture (4 sun loungers, tables and seating for 10 people). This is a really attractive area to while away the hours in the sun with a beverage or two.

Master bedroom upstairs:

 

Double bed, side tables,wall mounted LCD TV, full length mirror wardrobes and patio doors to private balcony, with seating for two. Air conditioned.
 

Second bedroom upstairs:

 

2 single beds, side tables, chest of drawers. Air conditioned.

 

Third bedroom downstairs:

 

2 single beds, side tables, built-in wardrobe. Air conditioned.

 

Main Bathroom upstairs: Full-sized bath and shower unit, vanity unit, wash basin, toilet and Bidet.

 

Second bathroom downstairs consists of shower, wash-hand basin and toilet.

 

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with marble worktops and door to the rear garden.

The villa is equipped with all bed linen, towels, tea towels. Iron and ironing board.  Washing machine on roof terrace General cleaning equipment. Patio tables and chairs. Sun loungers. Swimming pool, which is maintained weekly. All windows have security grills.

 

There is an outdoor barbeque for your use.

 

The nearest bar is just 2 minutes walk away, and the nearest restaurant and supermarket is just 1 kilometre away. Own transport is however, recommended.

There is an hourly bus to the beach in the summer months, and a less frequent local bus service around the Urbanisation, including  buses to most main centres that depart from the Tourist information area, near Supervalu

 

There are many supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants including Spanish, Chinese, Irish and English in the 3 main commercial centres of La Marina

A 15% non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Cleaning Fee : An additional 72€ will be payable to the agent on arrival when collecting the keys. This price includes a personal 'meet & greet' from our local agent to collect keys to property.

A Damage Deposit of 100 euros is payable on arrival, And will be returned on your departure, PROVIDED THERE IS NO LOSS FROM, OR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY

How to get there

 

On leaving the airport, bear right towards the Alicante/El Altet sign, and follow the signs to Santa Pola/Cartagena turning right onto the N332. You will bypass El Altet through a tunnel, then Santa Pola and the salt recovery lakes.

 

DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TWO TURN-OFFS TO LA MARINA PLAYAS AND TO LA MARINA/ELCHE.

 

At the THIRD turn off, follow the Urbanisations La Marina sign. The road winds uphill for about two kilometers, reaching a green petrol station on the left before reaching the Urbanisation. Meet our agent here
