Advertising Your Property

Our site is frequently accessed by all major search engines such as Yahoo, MSN, Google, to name a few.  Combine this with the direct links from other sites and the possibilities are endless.

Achievement of the best results for our clients is always our aim. The demand for rental properties has been so great however, that we are continually looking for more in the la Marina/Santa Pola and Guardamar del Segura areas of the Costa Blanca.

We do not charge a fee for advertising your property, but we request that we handle the reservations, and retain 15% of all firm bookings. Reservations are made through our Spanish office. You can, of course do your own reservations independently. To ensure that all parties know exactly when your property is, or will be occupied, it is essential for us to maintain an up-to-date availability calendar, linked to your individual web page.

We dedicate several pages solely to your property offered free of charge, which include the following:

A full description of your property.

Experience has taught us that nobody knows your property better than you. It is for this reason we ask you add your own personnel touch and submit the description. Help and advice is always close to/at hand if needed

Digital photographs.

As many digital photographs that are necessary to show your property to its best advantage. We will normally take these on your behalf, or you can submit your own ones, if you wish.

A calendar link showing availability.

Your property will have its own interactive availability calendar, which has on-line booking facilities and prices for your tenants convenience.

We are based in La Marina, Costa Blanca, and are on hand 24 hours a  day to provide all the services you need.
