Since 1997, we have been helping to find the ideal short or medium term self-catering property to fulfil your holiday accommodation needs.  If you are looking for a property for holidays, business or independent travel, an alternative to an hotel, romantic getaways, family vacations, work relocation or interim accommodation when moving house, renovating, building or before settling permanently, we are ready to help you.  We will do our very best to make you feel at home

We are based in La Marina on the Costa Blanca in Spain, but we can find a property for you anywhere near Alicante, La Marina, Guardamar, Santa Pola  and Torrevieja, close to transport, cafes, restaurants, beaches, nature reserves, golf courses, the city of Alicante, shopping centres, parks, fishing spots, recreation and sporting facilities or other amenities.

Holiday Home Care and Villa Management Service

We are also able to offer a dedicated service, whether, as an owner, you simply require your property to be cleaned from time to time, or for all facets of your property to be managed completely.

We are near Alicante, Guardamar, Santa Pola and La Marina areas, and like to believe that we are friendly, efficient and approachable.

Change-overs - We know how important it is that your home is looked after. We have been in the same position ourselves

Villa Management - It is all very well hoping that holidaymakers will leave your home clean and tidy, but something is always forgotten, or not cleaned at all.

Keyholding - We look after your keys, and check on the security of your home on a regular basis. Email, fax or telephone feedback.

Gardening - Tidying and pool maintenance by arrangement according to your requirements.
